Yoshinori IKEDA is a Professor of tax law, Meiji University; and an Advisor at Hongo Tsuji Tax & Consulting. Besides being a professor of tax law, he manages the day-to-day operations of international taxation, including transfer pricing. He started working for the National Tax Agency in 1985, and have held positions as the Regional Commissioner, Okinawa Regional Taxation Bureau (2019–2020), Director, Large Enterprise Division (2017–2019), Director, Office of International Operations (2015–2017), Director, Office of Mutual Agreement Procedures (2008–2009), and visiting researcher at Georgetown University Law Center (2004–2005).
